Meet The Team
Steve Gilbert
Steve brings over 40 years of experience in a variety of industries to the company. He has extensive experience helping companies become more productive and profitable by fully realizing the potential of their employees, helping individuals reach their full potential. He has experience working in a variety of markets including in Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America. He currently also serves as the executive director of the Latin American Employee Relations Group.
Megan Gilbert

Megan has a BS in Biology with a concentration in infectious disease from Penn State University and a MSN with a focus in Women's Health Care from Vanderbilt University. Her passion is reducing the global burden of infectious disease while reducing our dependency on antibiotics. She has experience working in a variety of settings and with diverse populations - including underserved intercity health clinics, rural and urban home health care, telemedicine, and more.
Andres Carrillo
Andres has over ten years of experience in the tech sector working with top executives in market intelligence, global corporate strategy, and financial forecasting. Prior to his work in the high-tech industry, he worked in banking and project management, where he specialized in creating and evaluating business plans for advanced agricultural projects. He holds an MBA with a specialization in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame and is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad de los Andes.
